Hello again!!! Whew! This will teach me to READ a book and listen to a book on audio huh? Too many book reviews! LOL! Well, today I finished up Promises, which is book 2 in Lisa L. Wiedmeier's Timeless Series, Kindle format. It was a cute book with a TON of twists and turns in this one! Many more than the first book. The first one kinda felt like it was moseying right along at a snails pace, but this second book picked up fairly quickly and kept you wondering, thinking, hoping, searching... it was a great second book in a fun, very "young adult" fantasy theme'd series! This book is perfect for those who want a nice, light read with nothing too heavy, there were enough details to keep me interested and the familiarity of the characters was nice, as well as meeting several new characters in Cheyenne's journey. With this book having come to it's end, I'm really looking forward to the 3rd book that is due out next spring sometime! :) I thank Lisa very very much for allowing me a peek inside her mind, and to go on this little imaginative journey with her! <3
